this includes:

pressure testing main drains, dye test cracks, tile line, spa spillover, lights and plaster seals

infinity edge:$150

this includes:

checking for cracks in spill over, plumbing lines on drains, dye testing tile line, dyes testing suction line plaster seal and lights

floor system:$200(per 5 jets)

this includes:

pressure test of floor jets line, and dye testing around jets

single line pressure test:$200

• repair price structure

(all repairs have a 1 year warranty)

in dirt plumbing repair:$900

this includes:

after locating leak on the leak detection digging up leak, identifying the leak, cutting out the leak and repairing. After leak is repaired we will pressure test again to ensurer our repair holds and there are no further leaks on that line

under deck plumbing repair:$1,250

this includes:

cutting a 1x1 hole in the deck(generally), busting up the deck, digging down where the leak was located, identifying the leak, making the repair and pressure testing the line to ensure our repair holds and there is no more leaks on that line. back filling and patching the deck with a basic grey patch, exposed aggregate. (stamped deck is an additional cost and is priced on a case by case bases, we will need a picture of your deck, or will see it and get a picture if we do the leak detection) 

spa jet replacement where spa is flush with the ground:$2,250(per jet)

this includes:

cutting a hole in the deck behind the spa jet, busting through deck, digging down to where we need to, busting into the wall, identifying the leak, cutting out old spa jet, making the repair, follow up pressure test, putting concrete back, back filling and repairing deck with basic grey patch or exposed aggregate(stamped deck is an additional cost and is priced on a case by case bases, we will need a picture of your deck, or will see it and get a picture if we do the leak detection)  

spa jet replacement on raised spa:$2,400(per jet)

this includes:

cutting in plaster around old jet, busting the plaster and concrete out exposing the jet, identifying the leak, cutting out the leak, making repairs, follow up pressure test, putting concrete back, matching plaster(will need plaster name or will match it as best as possible)

skimmer replacement:$2,500(per skimmer)

this includes:

cutting a square around the skimmer, busting through deck and skimmer box out, checking that rebar is good, plumbing new skimmer in, pressure test, re pouring skimmer box, sealing skimmer face  and repairing deck with basic grey patch or exposed aggregate(stamped deck is an additional cost and is priced on a case by case bases, we will need a picture of your deck, or will see it and get a picture if we do the leak detection)  

crack repair:$175ft(minimum 15ft)

this includes:

draing pool, cutting around crack, busting the plaster out and gunnite that's at proper depth, inject a polythene solution inside of crack, once dried we put concrete back and plaster patch(will need plaster name or will match it as best as possible)

the poly solution holds up better than staples

mastic/ deck"o replacement:$10ft(minimum 80ft)

this includes:

taking up old mastic, checking backer and replacing when necessary, pouring new mastic, adding sand finish if wanted(need to wait 3 days for costumer to wash off sand if they want a sand finish)

• acid washes, equipment replacement, slide/diving board installs & removal etc 

are priced as a case by case bases depending on pool size and what equipment you want/ need to install
